If you are a Cardholder and have not received an email from us to create the password for your online account, please go through the following steps:
- Ensure you have been checking the correct email inbox. The email will be sent to the same email address you used for your card application.
- Check your spam folder. The email will come from Outseta (the technology partner we use to administer your online account)
- If you still can’t find the email, click ‘Login’ in our website menu and then choose ‘Forgot password’. Enter the email address you used to apply for your card, and follow the instructions. This will allow you to create a password for your account.
